She has first-hand experience navigating the complex and ever-changing landscape of business operations, technology, and security. Melissa's diverse background and expertise in technology, business operations, and security allow her to have a "think like an owner" mentality when prescribing adequate controls and countermeasures for her clients. Her unique perspective allows her to comprehend a company's overall business objectives and limitations, as well as the technical and operational complexities of implementing cybersecurity measures.
